These terms apply to accounts, previews and use of the studio. The Pro Purchase Terms govern paid subscriptions, plan limits, renewal, cancellation, refunds and commercial use; they take precedence if these pages conflict. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your password and recovery key private. One Pro subscription is for one named user. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We use email verification and require additional authentication for staff administration.
Your content and outputs
You retain your rights in uploaded images, copy and projects. You authorise us and our service providers to store and process them only to provide, secure and support the service. We do not acquire permission to publish your content for marketing.
Only upload material you are entitled to use and provide to the service. You may deliver lawfully created exports for personal and commercial client work. Cancellation does not revoke those output-use rights. Sample brand images are for preview/testing unless separately licensed; do not treat them as assets licensed for your advertising. You may not redistribute the studio software, fonts or source templates.
Review your output, including copy, crops and third-party rights, before publication. The Privacy Policy describes data handling. Contact us before uploading data requiring special regulatory protection or a separate data-processing agreement.
Responsible use and account restrictions
Do not upload unlawful or malicious material, access another account, evade payment controls, overload the service or interfere with other customers. Report security issues or unlawful content to hello@5k.agency with enough information for investigation; do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive material.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, unpaid subscriptions or legal obligations. Where lawful and safe, we explain the reason and how to request a review through support. A restriction does not automatically delete projects or override mandatory refund, access or data-protection rights.
Paid plans and withdrawal
Uploading and previewing are free. Finished downloads require a verified account and eligible Pro subscription. Pro is monthly; annual and Team plans are not offered at launch. Read the full plan, price including applicable tax and recurring-payment details before paying.
Consumers retain the initial 14-day full-refund withdrawal policy even after using Pro. Use Withdraw from a consumer contract, email or post. Ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal and normally keeps Pro available to the end of the paid month. See the Purchase Terms for full details.
Saved work, support and legal rights
Cloud storage and rendering limits are disclosed on the Pro plan. Download portable backups and completed files you need to keep. Project archiving hides a project; it does not erase the stored data. Pro cancellation is distinct from account closure or a data-erasure request.
We aim to reply to support within two business days, excluding Dutch public holidays. There is no promised uninterrupted uptime, but we retain our obligations to provide the contracted service, required security updates and legally required remedies.
Dutch law applies without depriving consumers of applicable mandatory protections or court rights in their country of habitual residence. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes affecting existing paid rights follow the notice and remedy provisions in the Purchase Terms.
