Choose a tool and make it yours.
How do I get started with Motion?
Add up to 12 JPG, PNG or WebP images. Choose a motion, arrange the images, then adjust the style, colour and format. Minimal is the default.
How do I get started with Carousel?
Add your copy and images, review all slides in the carousel overview, then edit each slide’s layout. Save your project to return to it and download at 1080p with a free account and 5K watermark, or watermark-free with Pro.
How do I get started with Logo?
Upload your logo, choose Logo reveal or Logo blueprint, then adjust the background and format. Check contrast and the full animation before exporting.
How do I get started with Typography?
Add up to eight short lines of text. Choose Type roller, Type ribbon, Type cascade or Type trails, then preview the complete loop.
Where do I choose my format?
Banner treatments now live in Motion, Logo and Typography. Choose a frame or banner size in each tool. Existing banner projects remain available from Projects.

Save, download and share your work.
Where is my work saved?
On the hosted studio, create an account and choose Save project to keep your images, copy and settings privately in Projects. Further changes autosave after the first save. Sign in on another device to reopen your work. Use Projects to manage your saved work. Save before leaving the editor, and wait for the saved confirmation. Recovery drafts on this device support sign-in and save handoffs; they are not a substitute for saving to your account.
What if I click Save before creating an account?
The studio first stores a recovery draft on this device, including your uploaded images and unfinished edits. Choose Create account or Sign in, then review Pro or use Return to my project. Your draft is restored and saved to your account when you return. Keep using the same browser and device, and do not clear its site data during this process. If local storage is unavailable, the studio keeps you in the editor and offers a downloadable backup.
How are downloads created?
Finished Motion, Logo and Typography videos are rendered as MP4 files on the server. Carousel PNGs and PDFs are rendered there too. Keep this page open to follow progress; switching tabs does not interrupt the render. Your images and settings stay in the editor if a render fails. Try the same export again to retrieve a completed result.
Does changing the style change my images?
Style changes affect the composition and added typography. Your source images remain the same. Motion uploads update the whole motion library.
What should I check before sharing?
Review image crops, text size and timing. Play the finished download and check every carousel slide. Confirm you have permission to use the images, copy and fonts.

Do I need Pro to download?
A free account includes 1080p downloads from Motion, Logo, Typography and Carousel, with a 5K watermark in the bottom-right corner of every video frame, image or PDF page. Sign in and verify your email before downloading. Pro removes the watermark and adds 2K and 4K exports. Uploading, editing and previewing remain free without an account. What is included with Pro?
Pro includes Motion, Logo and Typography MP4, Carousel PNG/PDF, and existing archived Font SVG lettering and Banner PNG/JPG/MP4 exports in the sizes offered by each editor. Cloud storage allows up to 100 projects and 512 MB per account, with a 64 MB limit per project. Rendering runs in a shared queue with one active render and up to four admitted jobs; a full queue asks you to retry without losing your work. There is no monthly export counter. Download completed files promptly: hosted export links are available for at least 24 hours, after which you can generate a new file from your saved project. Watermark-free files require active Pro; free accounts can generate a new watermarked 1080p download. Keep copies of your important outputs. Current desktop Chrome is the supported launch browser. Mobile layouts are provided, but mobile devices and Safari are not yet supported for the complete editing and download workflow.

Can I cancel?
Yes. Open Billing and Manage subscription, or email hello@5k.agency before your next renewal. Cancellation stops the next charge and keeps access until the end of the paid month.
What if I change my mind?
Consumers can withdraw within 14 days of the initial subscription for a full refund including tax, even after using Pro. Use the online withdrawal function or contact support.
Will I lose my projects when Pro ends?
No automatic deletion occurs on cancellation. Saved projects are retained for at least 90 days after Pro ends, and we give at least 30 days’ email notice before routine cleanup. Keep your own portable project backups.
How do I recover my account?
Choose Forgot your password on the account page. We’ll email your verified address a link to choose a new password. The link expires after 30 minutes and can be used once. Resetting your password signs out your other sessions. Verify your email when you create your account.
How do I get help with a paid account?
Visit Support for account, project and export help. Open Billing to manage your subscription, or email hello@5k.agency with your question. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
